KCNA2 autoimmunity diverse; immunotherapy beneficial
We analyzed data from 35 patients with KCNA2 IgG autoantibodies linked to various neuropsychiatric issues, including cognitive impairment and seizures. These autoantibodies were notably present in cerebrospinal fluid in some patients and showed different subclasses in serum.
Notably, four patients saw significant improvement with early immunotherapy, particularly those with autoimmune encephalitis. The findings suggest that KCNA2 autoimmunity is varied, indicating the need for more research to clarify its role and therapeutic approaches.

I’m now on my second order of this remarkable remedy for joint pain. I am 78 years old and started experiencing severe pain in my left knee nine months ago, which confined me to using Voltaren tablets. As I can't take pain medication for extended periods, I switched to Glucosamine Sulfate with Chondroitin tablets. After four months, I saw slight pain reduction but no further improvement. I then tried Glucosamine+Chondroitin with MSM and noticed a significant change after three months; my knee pain completely vanished. I can now walk without fear of sudden sharp pain! At 47, I began experiencing stiffness in my finger joints. By 48, my elbow joints also felt tight upon waking. I was sceptical that this would help with my serious issues of spondylarthrosis and arthrosis. After failing with prescribed treatments, I stumbled upon this supplement and, out of desperation, decided to try it.
